Please take a moment to review the security measures at your property. There was an incident at Verdemar 3 in the early hours of Saturday morning (4:22 am), where a man was seen near one of the door entrances, captured on their video doorbell.

• Alarm system
• Security cameras
• Security window film
• Video doorbell
• Motion-activated security lights

Make sure all entrances are locked and secured, especially if you plan to be away for extended periods. Additionally, if you have keyholders, please arrange for regular property checks.

Por favor, tómese un momento para revisar las medidas de seguridad en su propiedad. Hubo un incidente en la madrugada del sábado (4:22 am), donde se vio a un hombre cerca de una de las entradas en Verdemar 3, captado por su timbre con cámara.

• Film de seguridad para ventanas
• Timbre con cámara
• Luces de seguridad con sensor de movimiento

Compruebe que todas las entradas estén bien cerradas y aseguradas, especialmente si va a estar ausente durante un período prolongado. Además, si tiene personas con llave, organice revisiones regulares de la propiedad.

We would like to clarify the correct procedure for disposing of garden waste (pruning, trimmings, etc.) in order to avoid fines.

If the amount of garden waste is less than 1 cubic meter, you may place it next to the waste containers on Calle Manuel de Falla and Calle Pablo Casals. Please ensure that all garden waste is properly bagged. There is no need to notify the Town Hall, as they collect this waste regularly.

If the amount exceeds 1 cubic meter, you must notify the Town Hall in advance (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. o +34 966076100 exts. 4511 / 4512 / 4513). You may only deposit the waste once you have received explicit confirmation from the Town Hall that you are authorized to do so.

We have been informed that this matter is being monitored closely, and anyone who fails to follow these regulations will be fined.

Nos gustaría aclarar el procedimiento correcto para la eliminación de residuos de poda con el fin de evitar sanciones.

Si la cantidad de poda es inferior a 1 metro cúbico, puede depositarse junto a los contenedores situados en la Calle Manuel de Falla y en la Calle Pablo Casals. Por favor, asegúrense de que todos los residuos estén debidamente embolsados. No es necesario notificar al Ayuntamiento, ya que estos residuos se recogen de forma habitual.

Si la cantidad supera 1 metro cúbico, deberán notificarlo previamente al Ayuntamiento (This email address is being protected from spambots.
