This is a friendly reminder that feeding stray cats in the streets or within the community is not permitted. Although often done with good intentions, feeding stray animals can lead to an increase in their population, attract insects and other pests, create hygiene issues, and cause nuisance to residents. It may also result in additional cleaning and maintenance costs for the community.

We kindly ask all owners and residents to respect this rule in the interest of maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for everyone.

We would also like to inform you that a mosquito treatment will be carried out in the communal areas next Friday.

For your safety, please avoid the treated areas while the treatment is being carried out and until the product has completely dried.

We would like to inform you that the swimming pool will be closed for one day only this Friday in order to carry out a necessary water treatment.

As the summer temperatures increase, the pool water requires a special treatment to ensure that it remains clean, safe, and free from bacteria. The treatment will be carried out early in the morning, and the pool will then be cleaned and prepared for reopening the following day.

⚠️ A notice has also been placed on the pool gates to inform residents and visitors of the temporary closure.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This maintenance is essential to keep our pool in the best possible condition for everyone to enjoy.

Les informamos de que la piscina permanecerá cerrada durante un único día este viernes para llevar a cabo un tratamiento necesario del agua.

Con el aumento de las temperaturas durante el verano, es necesario realizar un tratamiento especial para garantizar que el agua se mantenga limpia, segura y libre de bacterias. El tratamiento se realizará a primera hora de la mañana y, posteriormente, la piscina será limpiada y preparada para su reapertura al día siguiente.

⚠️ Asimismo, se ha colocado un aviso en la puerta de acceso a la piscina para informar a los residentes y visitantes sobre este cierre temporal.

Dear All,

Infrastructure & Property Upgrades

• Accessibility Ramps: Construction is now complete on the disabled access ramps at the side of property 108 
• Entrance Landscaping: The entrance area by property 108 has been cleared to remove loose rocks, significantly improving safety and visual appeal (photos attached). Gardeners will carefully introduce new plants soon, ensuring they avoid the underground water pipes.
• Wall Painting: The painters are continuing to paint the outer community walls as part of our ongoing aesthetic upkeep.

Pool & Leisure Area Updates

• Tile Repairs: Blown tiles near the pool edge have been successfully repaired. The damage was caused by water seeping beneath the surface due to an incorrect adhesive previously being used.
• Sunbed Replacements: We are aware of a few broken sunbeds over the last few weeks and have scheduled replacements to arrive by the end of this week.

Gardening & Landscaping

• Palm Tree Maintenance: Scheduled work for this week has been postponed until Monday 22^nd due to a broken lorry.
• Manuel de Falla Corner: Trees on this corner have been partially trimmed. We have requested further cutting from the maintenance team to complete the area.

Please be informed that repair works will be carried out on the main irrigation pipe in the green area near the swimming pool in Verdemar. The gardeners will be working in this area, and we kindly ask for your understanding during the maintenance works.

In addition, we would like to remind all residents and visitors that it is strictly prohibited to throw bread or food onto the green areas. 

Please note that leaving food in the communal areas attracts rats, birds, and cats, creates hygiene issues, and affects the appearance and maintenance of the gardens.

We kindly ask for everyone’s cooperation in helping to keep the community clean and well maintained.
