2. They will then e mail you back telling when it will be collected our area will usually be Thursday or Friday.
3. You place the rubbish next to the bin after 8pm the day before collect.

Bed mattress and other large furniture items send a picture along with the e mail.

Stream update

John will be sorting the top half over the next 4 weeks so the whole stream will be flowing. We are currently using below 1 cubic metre of water per day which a good result. We are grateful to have John Wright & his helpers. Thank you John.

Lighting

AMPS have started work 16^th September 2024 in Calle Pablo Sarasate.This is to replace the old cabling and place it underground to make sure all the community lighting works for year to come.

Building of ramp

Builders are starting work on the disabled access ramp by the pool W/C 30^th Sept 2024.

Fountain update

Since we have lowered the levels of water in the fountain we have had no leaks. I recommend we ring fence the budgeted money for the repair in the budget, until a later date.

Contact details

Please would all owners review their contact details and any changes please send to the Administrators so if there is an issue with your property we can contact you or your key holder quickly. Properties have had water leaks and we not been able to contact the owner/key holder as soon as we would like.
