Infrastructure & Property Upgrades
- Accessibility Ramps: Construction is now complete on the disabled access ramps at the side of property 108
- Entrance Landscaping: The entrance area by property 108 has been cleared to remove loose rocks, significantly improving safety and visual appeal (photos attached). Gardeners will carefully introduce new plants soon, ensuring they avoid the underground water pipes.
- Wall Painting: The painters are continuing to paint the outer community walls as part of our ongoing aesthetic upkeep.
Pool & Leisure Area Updates
- Tile Repairs: Blown tiles near the pool edge have been successfully repaired. The damage was caused by water seeping beneath the surface due to an incorrect adhesive previously being used.
- Sunbed Replacements: We are aware of a few broken sunbeds over the last few weeks and have scheduled replacements to arrive by the end of this week.
Gardening & Landscaping
- Palm Tree Maintenance: Scheduled work for this week has been postponed until Monday 22nd due to a broken lorry.
- Manuel de Falla Corner: Trees on this corner have been partially trimmed. We have requested further cutting from the maintenance team to complete the area.
