Stream update
John will be sorting the top half over the next 4 weeks so the whole stream will be flowing. We are currently using below 1 cubic metre of water per day which a good result. We are grateful to have John Wright & his helpers. Thank you John.
Lighting
AMPS have started work 16th September 2024 in Calle Pablo Sarasate.This is to replace the old cabling and place it underground to make sure all the community lighting works for year to come.
Building of ramp
Builders are starting work on the disabled access ramp by the pool W/C 30th Sept 2024.
Fountain update
Since we have lowered the levels of water in the fountain we have had no leaks. I recommend we ring fence the budgeted money for the repair in the budget, until a later date.
Contact details
Please would all owners review their contact details and any changes please send to the Administrators so if there is an issue with your property we can contact you or your key holder quickly. Properties have had water leaks and we not been able to contact the owner/key holder as soon as we would like.

I have worked with our website company to update the information they have on the system and e-mailed all the current owners who have not sent up their e-mail address. Our community website is an opportunity for owners to keep up to date of what is going on in the community and communicate with others. I also update with pictures of maintenance work completed in the community and you as owners can see where your money is being spent.
